Nagelsmann, 34, Becomes Youngest Manager in Bundesliga History

In one of the most surprising managerial changes in recent times, Julian Nagelsmann has been appointed as the new head coach of the Germany Men's National Football Team. Nagelsmann, 34, replaces Hansi Flick, who stepped down from the role earlier this year.

Nagelsmann is a rising star in the coaching world. He became the youngest manager in Bundesliga history when he was appointed Hoffenheim boss in 2015 at the age of just 28. He led Hoffenheim to the Champions League for the first time in the club's history before moving to Bayern Munich in 2019.

At Bayern, Nagelsmann won the Bundesliga title in his first season in charge and also led the team to the Champions League semi-finals. However, he was sacked in April 2023 following a disappointing start to the season.

Nagelsmann has now signed a contract with the DFB to take over as Germany coach until Euro 2024. He will be tasked with rebuilding the team after a disappointing performance at the 2022 World Cup.
