Dawn Richard of Danity Kane files an assault lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing another assault lawsuit, this time from Dawn Richard of the group Danity Kane. Richard alleges that Combs assaulted her during an argument at Combs’ Los Angeles home in December 2022.

In her lawsuit, Richard claims that Combs grabbed her by the arm and pushed her against a wall. She also alleges that Combs threatened to kill her.

Combs has denied the allegations. His attorney, Matthew Rosengart, said in a statement that the claims are "meritless" and that Combs "intends to vigorously defend himself against these false and defamatory allegations."

This is not the first time that Combs has been accused of assault. In 2017, he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly punched a man in the face at a UCLA football game. The charges were eventually dropped.

Combs is a successful rapper, producer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Bad Boy Records and has produced hit songs for artists such as The Notorious B.I.G., Mariah Carey, and Jennifer Lopez.

Richard is a singer and songwriter. She was a member of the group Danity Kane, which was formed by Combs in 2005. She has also released several solo albums.
